General Updates
- New FeaturePrivacy, Cookies & Your Data : We've added clear Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Cookie Policy, and Contact pages, plus a cookie consent banner — analytics now only run with your agreement. The Privacy Policy explains exactly how booking and account data is used.
For Shooters
- New FeatureEmail Preferences You Control : Your profile now has a "Receive JoinSquad updates & news" setting, so you choose whether to hear about new features and improvements. Every update email also includes a one-click unsubscribe link — your bookings and reminders are never affected.
For Ground Admins
- New FeatureOnline Card Payments Coming Soon : The backend for online card payments is now complete — soon shooters will be able to pay for their squad online when booking, with funds going straight to the ground's connected account. Payments are powered by Stripe, the world's most trusted payment platform used by millions of businesses, so card details are handled to the highest security standards. This is being switched on gradually — your booking pages work exactly as before until it reaches your ground.
- New FeatureEmail Your Booked Shooters : Send a branded message to selected squads or everyone booked on a shoot day. The improved composer requires you to pick your audience, lets you preview the exact email before sending, and confirms how many shooters will receive it.
- New FeatureManage Your Ground's Subscription : A new pricing page and Billing area let you see your ground's current JoinSquad plan, review your subscription history, and choose the tier that fits your ground. This covers your ground's own JoinSquad subscription only — booking a squad is always free for your shooters. New grounds start on a free trial automatically.
- UpdateAccount Preference for Ground Admins : Your Booking Configuration page now includes a "Your JoinSquad Account" section so you can manage your own updates & news email preference, separately from your ground's settings.
