The platform is free to you and free to your shooters. No booking fees added at checkout — the price you set is the price they pay.
CPSA registration optional
Running an informal charity shoot with no formal CPSA registration? That's fine. The platform works for all types of clay shooting events.
Questions

A few things people ask.

There is no catch. JoinSquad's commercial shooting grounds pay a monthly subscription that funds the platform. That revenue means we can offer charity events free of charge — permanently. We ask nothing in return except that you're genuinely raising money for a charitable cause.

All of them. There's no limit on the number of events a charity can run through JoinSquad. Run one a year, or one a month — every event is free.

We don't require Charity Commission registration. If you're running a shoot to raise money for a good cause — a local hospice, a friend's medical fund, a community project — get in touch and we'll talk it through. We use judgement rather than paperwork.

Payment processing is handled outside of JoinSquad — your ground team collects payments on the day or via your own arrangements. JoinSquad manages the bookings and squads; it doesn't process payments.

That's exactly who this is built for. We do a 1:1 onboarding call with you, set up your squads, and make sure you're comfortable before we go live. If anything goes wrong on the day, you can reach us directly.

If you email us today with your event details, we can typically have your booking page live the same day or the next morning. We'd recommend giving us at least a week before you start promoting the event, but we can move fast if needed.
